Delicious shortbreads with jam to chew from 2 years.
- For 10 shortbreads:
- 400 g of shortbread
- 5 c. jam of your choice
- 1 C. flour.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Spread the pastry on a floured surface and cut into 10 cm squares. In the center of each, place 1 tbsp. coffee jam.
