Red cabbage is full of vitamin C or potassium. In short, eating it will be beneficial for you and baby. To vary from the usual cabbage salad, this recipe offers you to add carrots and apples!
- 1 half red cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 fruit apple
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Wash the vegetables well.
Remove the end of the cabbage a bit hard.
Grate the cabbage and put it in a large bowl.
Peel, then grate the carrots into strips, add them to the cabbage.
Cut the apple into wedges without peeling.
Remove the heart then cut the apple into small cubes, add them to the cabbage.
Prepare the vinaigrette by emulsifying all the ingredients.
Pour into the bowl, mix.
Keep cool until serving.
