Green on the plates? Successful bet with this original salad recipe! Here is a vitamin idea that celebrates the return of spring. To achieve with your little gourmands.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 10 pitted black olives
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper.


  • Have your budding cook rinse cucumbers under water.
  • Cut them in half lengthwise, then in half, without peeling them.
  • Seed them if necessary. Then cut them into small cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
  • Add the chopped onions menu.
  • Mince the olives cut into small pieces in a spoonful of olive oil.
  • Pour on the salad a drizzle of olive oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice.
