A sandwich for dessert? Good idea. This recipe based on brioche and strawberries will delight your gourmands.


  • 8 slices of brioche
  • 200 g strawberries 150 g mascarpone
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g slivered almonds.


Separate the egg white, beat it with a fork and a packet of vanilla sugar. Spread this mixture on half of the brioche slices and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Arrange all slices on the baking sheet and brown in the grill. Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Mix the mascarpone with a packet of vanilla sugar. On non-almond brioche slices, spread a layer of mascarpone, then strawberries and again mascarpone. Place a slice of brioche with almonds on top.
