A true delight with melting chocolate and candied orange peel to enjoy with your family.


For 4 people

  • 200 g dark chocolate 64% cocoa
  • 75 g of butter
  • 10 cl of liquid cream 30% Mat. gr
  • 20 g icing sugar
  • 100 g candied oranges
  • 65 g of almond powder


Put a salad bowl 15 minutes in the freezer.

Cut the candied oranges into small cubes.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave (1 min 40 maximum power), add the butter and mix. Let cool and add the diced candied orange and almond powder.

In the iced bowl, whip the liquid cream with the icing sugar until the whip is whipped.

Mix it gently with the chocolate-orange mixture. Shirt the movie terrine.
