This is a very fresh dessert that does not need cooking. This red fruit tiramisu recipe is really easy to make.

For 6 persons :

  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • Boudoirs (20 to 30 depending on your dish)
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 125 g of blackberries
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 40 g blackcurrant
  • 40 g of currants

For the syrup:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 30 g of sugar

Prepare the syrup. Rinse 100 g strawberries and cut into pieces.

In a saucepan, cook the strawberries and sugar over low heat.

Mix the cooked strawberries to make a sauce, add a little water for a slightly more liquid coulis.

Separate the whites from the egg yolks and whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add the mascarpone little by little to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Beat the whites in firm snow. Add them gently to the mixture.

Rinse the fruits and peel the currants. Cut the fruits if they are big.

Dip the biscuits in the strawberry coulis, then arrange them in a dish.

Pour the cream on the first layer of cookies.

Arrange the fruits.

Repeat the assembly by placing a layer of biscuits, one of cream and one of fruit. Place the dessert in a cool place for at least 2 hours. Serve in verrines.
