Mushrooms, a mine of benefits for future mothers. Not only are they low in calories, but they also contain a lot of valuable vitamins and minerals during these nine months.


For 4 people

  • 750 ml of chicken broth
  • 300 ml of liquid cream
  • salt
  • mill pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 150 g mixed mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons chopped chives
  • flour
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley


Melt the chopped onions in a saucepan with the butter, add the mushrooms cut in small pieces.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle with flour and stir well.
Add chicken broth and half of the cream and cook for 15 minutes. Add the chopped parsley.
Spend the soup in the blender, give a last shot of broth. Add salt and pepper.
Whip the remaining cream until light and fluffy.
Spread the soup in small bowls, put a spoon of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chives.
