Red plates covered with small, light skin slightly oily at the root of the eyebrows, on the eyelids, the wings of the nose and sometimes the neck.
They are due to a yeast (kind of mushroom) usually present on the skin but which begins to proliferate on the fatty areas.
Apply a care based on zinc oxide and copper sulphate which have antifungal action. The plates will disappear in a few weeks.
